Meet the Staff at Web-Cote
Susan Masciarelli
President & CEO
Susan joined Web-Cote in early 2008. She brought with her over a decade of experience in small business manufacturing. She really grew up around manufacturing, crediting her father for teaching her everything she knows from accounting to production and everything in between. Her particular skill set, coupled with Jim Cowen’s sales experience and knowledge of the pest control industry turned out to be a perfect match for Web-Cote’s success. In the summer of 2024, Susan purchased the business from Jim, making her part of a very small (currently only 2%), but growing, group of woman-owned manufacturers in the US. Susan holds a BA from Wesley College in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business. She is a member of the professional fraternity Pi Chi Omega, an organization which is dedicated to furthering the science of pest control. She is a proud mom to two adult children, Christopher & Elizabeth, and has held numerous volunteer positions during their childhood years. In her free time, she enjoys working in the garden, reading, hiking, biking, floating in the lake, genealogy, and traveling.
Andrew Kozdron
Vice President of Operations
Andrew joined Web-Cote in late 2015. He brings with him over 25 years of Manufacturing Management experience in small to mid-sized businesses in a wide range of industries from Automotive to Pharmaceuticals. He has a passion for optimization of custom machinery and continuous improvement methods. Skilled in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization and efficiency improvements. Throughout his career he has played a part in all areas of manufacturing, including Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering and Maintenance. When not at Web-Cote, Andrew loves spending time with his wife & children. He also enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, or working on anything mechanical.
Al Cristantiello
Director of Sales
Al joined the Web-Cote team in early 2024. He is a sales and marketing executive with over 35 years of experience. His work experience extends over sales, marketing, and product development as well as factory management and operations. Al has a BA in economics from Seton Hall University.
Leah Kirk
Office Assistant
Leah joined the team in 2024. She brings with her decades of experience in administrative work and is essential to keeping the office running smoothly. Outside of the office, she enjoys photography, attending concerts and music festivals, hiking and geocaching, kayaking, and just being outdoors! Leah has had her photography published in local magazines such as The Journal and Neighbors of Andover, and numerous local artists & bands have used her photography for their CD covers.
