Meet the Staff at Web-Cote
Susan Masciarelli
President & CEO
Susan joined Web-Cote in early 2008. She brought with her over a decade of experience in small business manufacturing. She really grew up around manufacturing, crediting her father for teaching her everything she knows from accounting to production and everything in between. Her particular skill set, coupled with Jim Cowen’s sales experience and knowledge of the pest control industry turned out to be a perfect match for Web-Cote’s success. In the summer of 2024, Susan purchased the business from Jim, making her part of a very small (currently only 2%), but growing, group of woman-owned manufacturers in the US. Susan holds a BA from Wesley College in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business. She is a member of the professional fraternity Pi Chi Omega, an organization which is dedicated to furthering the science of pest control. She is a proud mom to two adult children, Christopher & Elizabeth, and has held numerous volunteer positions during their childhood years. In her free time, she enjoys working in the garden, reading, hiking, biking, floating in the lake, genealogy, and traveling.
Andrew Kozdron
Vice President of Operations
Andrew joined Web-Cote in late 2015. He brings with him over 25 years of Manufacturing Management experience in small to mid-sized businesses in a wide range of industries from Automotive to Pharmaceuticals. He has a passion for optimization of custom machinery and continuous improvement methods. Skilled in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization and efficiency improvements. Throughout his career he has played a part in all areas of manufacturing, including Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering and Maintenance. When not at Web-Cote, Andrew loves spending time with his wife & children. He also enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, or working on anything mechanical.
Vicki Nye
VP of Brand Marketing & Creative
Vicki joined Web-Cote in late 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in design, branding, and marketing. For nearly two decades, she ran her own creative agency, collaborating with clients across industries—from tech and healthcare to non-profits and startups. She has a particular passion for working with organizations in the substance use disorder recovery space, using design and strategy to help amplify their mission. She studied at the School of Visual Arts in NYC and earned a Web Design Certificate from Pace University, deepening her expertise in digital strategy and development.
Originally from a small town in western New York, Vicki’s love for design is matched only by her love of food—when she’s not crafting compelling visuals, she’s likely in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. In 2023, she and her husband moved to Sussex County, NJ, where they are embracing country life—including the occasional visit from bears and bobcats.
Al Cristantiello
Director of Sales
Al joined the Web-Cote team in early 2024. He is a sales and marketing executive with over 35 years of experience. His work experience extends over sales, marketing, and product development as well as factory management and operations. Al has a BA in economics from Seton Hall University.
