PACKING DEPARTMENT
Full-time, Part-time, and Per-Diem | minimum wage
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Packing Department at our facility, conveniently located between Rt. 23 and Rt. 94 in Hardyston-Hamburg. If you’re ready to grow with a company that values your contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
- Inspect products for quality
- Hand pack products into bags and boxes
- Lift boxes up to 35 lbs, stand, and bend as required
GENERAL LABORER
Full-time | $16-17/hr (based on experience)
We are seeking a General Laborer to assist with various tasks around the factory. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime (early mornings or Saturdays).
Job Duties:
- Assist with shipping and inventory (pallet wrapping, pallet jack operation, forklift – training provided)
- Load/unload pallets from trucks
- Stage materials for departments and help machine operators
- Perform general factory work (sweeping, lawn mowing, trash collection, etc.)
- Assist in other departments, such as Packing, when needed
- Regular lifting, standing, walking, and bending required
MACHINE OPERATOR ASSISTANT
Full-time | Entry-level | $17-18/hr (based on experience)
We are looking for a Machine Operator Assistant to support production on our adhesive coating and printing equipment. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime as needed (early mornings or Saturdays).
Job Duties:
- Assist the machine operator during production
- Lift, stand, walk, and bend as required
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
