PRINTING
Web-Cote runs Flexographic web presses, allowing for 2 sides printing, and board lamination. We can print up to 4 colors – choose any Pantone (PMS) color!
COATING
As a narrow web coater, our equipment can handle coating needs on substrates from .025” up to 12.5″ wide. Our specialty coating equipment has the ability to adhesive coat substrates on two sides, and to output in rolls or as individual die cut pieces. We can pattern coat in thicknesses from 2 mils to 50 mils, and die cut your design. Other machines also allow us to coat material as small as a piece of string, up to 4.5mm.
SUBSTRATES
We can coat on all kinds of flexible and semi rigid substrates, including release liners, films and foils, wood veneer, vinyl, plastics including PVC, PE and PP materials, cloth and woven fabrics, paper and paperboard.
Our equipment can handle material thicknesses up to 32pt. A sampling of some of the most common substrates we coat on:
• Paperboard: Milk Carton, SBS, CCNB
• Films: Polyester, PVC, PE
