What a week at PestWorld 2025!

At Web-Cote Industries, one of our core values is building trusted, collaborative relationships with our customers and industry partners. Personally, I’m driven by a passion to help advance the pest control industry through meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships and PestWorld is where those relationships truly come to life.

This year’s show brought together so many familiar faces and brand-new connections. Some relationships I’ve built over nearly 18 years, and others that are just beginning to grow. Among them were customers who’ve become close friends, collaborators, suppliers, industry leaders, mentors who’ve helped guide me, and innovators shaping where this industry goes next.

We even started the week in style at the Cinderella-themed Bug Ball gala! Who says pest control can’t have a little fairy-tale fun?

A Week Filled with Milestones

PestWorld 2025 will always stand out as a special one. A few of the highlights:

I was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors of UPFDA — our industry’s supplier association. It’s a privilege to serve among peers who are as passionate about manufacturing, quality, and customer success as we are. I look forward to contributing and supporting the suppliers and manufacturers that keep our industry moving.
We deepened our partnership with WIPC&NW to continue supporting and empowering women in pest control and nuisance wildlife management. The energy and momentum around WIPC is inspiring, and I’m proud that Web-Cote is part of helping this community grow.
We connected with potential new customers, explored exciting opportunities, and had productive conversations about private label solutions, new product needs, and future collaboration.
We reconnected with long-time partners, suppliers, distributors, and friends who have supported Web-Cote over the years. These conversations remind me how much strength there is in working together.

What This Event Really Means to Us

PestWorld isn’t just a trade show, it’s a reflection of what makes this industry special: the people.

This industry is filled with passionate, hardworking professionals who care deeply about protecting homes, families, agriculture, businesses, and communities. For Web-Cote, it’s a chance to show who we are: a trusted U.S. manufacturer who listens, who collaborates, who innovates, and who always puts customers first.

The feedback we received, the ideas we shared, and the goals we set this week will guide new growth for Web-Cote, new product development, expanded partnerships, and new ways to serve customers who rely on us.
