Whether they’re pumping glues, packing products, running presses, or managing logistics, our employees are the reason we can do what we do with such precision and pride.

Susan Masciarelli
President & CEO
Susan joined Web-Cote in early 2008. She brought with her over a decade of experience in small business manufacturing. She really grew up around manufacturing, crediting her father for teaching her everything she knows—from accounting to production and everything in between.
Her particular skill set, coupled with Jim Cowen’s sales experience and knowledge of the pest control industry, turned out to be a perfect match for Web-Cote’s success.
In the summer of 2024, Susan purchased the business from Jim, making her part of a very small—but growing—group of woman-owned manufacturers in the U.S. (currently only 2%).
Susan holds a B.A. from Wesley College in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business, a mini-MBA from Rutgers University, and a Certificate from the Yale University School of Management Executive Education’s Women’s Leadership Program. She serves as a Director of the United Producers, Formulators, and Distributors Association (UPFDA), and is also a member of their Advocacy Committee Susan is also a member of the professional fraternity Pi Chi Omega, an organization dedicated to furthering the science of pest control.
She is a proud mom to two adult children, Christopher and Elizabeth, and held numerous volunteer positions during their childhood years. In her free time, she enjoys working in the garden, reading, hiking, biking, floating in the lake, genealogy, and traveling.
Andrew Kozdron
Vice President of Operations
Andrew joined Web-Cote in late 2015. He brings with him over 25 years of Manufacturing Management experience in small to mid-sized businesses in a wide range of industries from Automotive to Pharmaceuticals. He has a passion for optimization of custom machinery and continuous improvement methods. Skilled in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization and efficiency improvements. Throughout his career he has played a part in all areas of manufacturing, including Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering and Maintenance. When not at Web-Cote, Andrew loves spending time with his wife & children. He also enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, or working on anything mechanical.
Craig Martelle
Vice President of Sales
Craig Martelle joins Web-Cote Industries as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 40 years of experience across chemical application, professional pest management, sanitation, and manufacturing. His career began in 1984 in the golf industry before transitioning into professional pest management, where he gained hands-on experience as a termite technician, commercial service technician, and later in management roles.
Throughout his career, Craig has worked across multiple facets of the pest control industry, giving him a deep, practical understanding of field operations, compliance, and customer needs. As an IPM-focused sanitation professional in the food industry, he was instrumental in implementing inspection procedures for incoming raw materials and maintaining strict sanitation and pest management protocols within regulated environments.
Craig later moved into the manufacturing and supplier side of the industry, where he supported pest management professionals through training, product education, and sales development. His experience as both a manufacturer’s representative and a business owner provided valuable insight into what PMPs need to be successful—particularly in building effective rodent management programs and long-term customer relationships.
A strong advocate for education and industry involvement, Craig has taught continuing education (CEU) courses across the United States and internationally. He is an active member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), Pi Chi Omega, and several state pest control associations, and has served on committees supporting industry advancement. Craig also holds a Commercial Applicator’s License covering wood-destroying pests, general pest control, commodities, and structural fumigation.
Vicki Nye
VP of Brand Marketing & Creative
Vicki joined Web-Cote in late 2024, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in design, branding, and marketing. Before stepping into her role as VP of Brand Marketing & Creative, she spent nearly two decades running her own creative agency, partnering with clients across industries—from tech and healthcare to non-profits and startups.
She has a particular passion for supporting organizations in the substance use disorder recovery space, using thoughtful design and messaging to amplify meaningful missions. A lifelong learner, Vicki studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and earned a Web Design Certificate from Pace University, sharpening her expertise in digital strategy and development.
Originally from a small town in western New York, Vicki’s creativity extends beyond design—she’s also an avid home cook who loves experimenting in the kitchen. In 2023, she and her husband traded city buzz for country calm, moving to Sussex County, NJ, where they now enjoy the fresh air, wide-open spaces, and the occasional curious bear wandering by.
James Douglas
Operations & Office Coordinator
James joined Web-Cote Industries in December 2025 as Operations & Office Coordinator, bringing nearly two decades of experience in retail operations, team coordination, and administrative support. He brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and day-to-day operational efficiency, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Before joining Web-Cote, James spent many years in retail management, where he played an active role in hiring, training, and supporting teams. His background in business administration, combined with hands-on experience coordinating people and processes, allows him to effectively support both leadership and staff while keeping daily operations on track.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is known for his dependable, detail-oriented approach and approachable demeanor. Originally from Franklin, New Jersey, he now lives in Newton, NJ.
Tim Inge
Operations Manager
It was in the fall of 2021 when Tim first met with Susan Masciarelli, CEO now Owner of Web-Cote Industries, at that meeting Tim would learn of Susan’s dreams and desires for the company. Since that day Tim has worn many hats. Tim brings with him a broad range of successful experience in Business, Operations, Engineering and Sales. Former Cub Scout leader, Rec Soccer Coach, and long time Sunday School leader, Tim recently discovered a passion for pickleball and is striving to perfect his third shot drop. Now he currently leads and encourages adult pickleball groups at his church. He is most proud of both his daughter Hailey and son Daniel.
