Printing

Our flexographic narrow web print press supports durable, high-quality printing with up to three spot colors per design, using your exact Pantone (PMS) colors.

We can print on one or both sides of your substrate, and we specialize in short- to medium-run jobs where color accuracy and clarity are essential.

Adhesive Coating

We specialize in hot melt adhesive coating using pressure-sensitive adhesives engineered for pest-specific performance. Our coating systems support pattern coating, full coverage, dual-side coating, and a wide range of application thicknesses.

Coat widths from small-string format up to 12.5 inches wide
Coating thicknesses from 2 mils to 50 mils
Two-sided coating capabilities for specialized needs
Pattern coating options for target-specific applications
Custom glue formulas including scented, pheromone-compatible, or enhanced UV-resistant adhesives

Substrate Capabilities

Our equipment handles a wide range of flexible and semi-rigid substrates. From moisture-resistant materials for outdoor applications to smooth finishes for branded printing, we’ll help you select the right substrate for your product’s use case.
