Printing Capabilities

We use a flexographic narrow web print press for high-quality, durable results.
Printing supports Pantone (PMS) color matching for brand consistency.
Designs can include up to three (3) colors per print layout. (Coming early 2026 – 6 colors!)
This process allows for cost-effective, repeatable production across all runs.

By managing the full print and manufacturing process in-house, we provide superior quality control and efficiency so your brand always looks its best in real-world production.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

Vector-Based Logo/Art Files: Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS) preferred. A print-ready PDF may be accepted in some cases.
Note: Vector format alone does not guarantee production readiness. Artwork must be built with clean, closed shapes and appropriate detail for flexographic printing.
No Canva or AI-Generated Artwork: Canva files, AI-generated artwork, or auto-traced imagery are not accepted. These files often contain excessive detail, fragmented paths, and uncontrolled color data that cannot be reliably reproduced on press.
PMS Color Specifications Required: CMYK, RGB, and HEX color builds are not accepted. All artwork must include defined Pantone (PMS) spot colors to ensure color accuracy and repeatability.
Finalized Agreement: A signed contract is required before production can begin.
Artwork Responsibility & Rights: All artwork supplied must be production-ready. Artwork that does not meet manufacturing standards will be returned for correction prior to production. Any artwork created by Web-Cote remains our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or use outside of our agreement is strictly prohibited.
