MACHINE OPERATOR ASSISTANT
Full-time | Entry-level | $17-18 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an entry-level Machine Operator Assistant to support production on our adhesive coating and printing equipment. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime as needed (early mornings or Saturdays).
Job Duties:
- Assist the machine operator during production
- Lift, stand, walk, and bend as required
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
JUNIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Full-Time
Hardyston, NJ (100% Onsite)
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Production Lead / Junior Production Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their manufacturing career and grow into a larger leadership role over time. This position is ideal for someone with a few years of hands-on production experience who wants to develop stronger leadership, operations, and continuous improvement skills within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
You will work closely with experienced leadership, gaining exposure to production planning, process improvement, and team coordination while building the foundation to advance within the company.
This is a salaried position averaging 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required based on production demands, staffing, and business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily production activities and help keep schedules on track to meet output goals.
- Assist in coordinating workflow across the floor and helping team members stay organized and productive.
- Learn to identify production issues and work with leadership to solve problems and improve processes.
- Track basic production data and KPIs using Excel (data entry, simple formulas, and reporting).
- Help ensure quality standards and SOPs are followed consistently.
- Reinforce safety practices and support compliance efforts.
- Work alongside operators, maintenance, shipping, and packaging teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Participate in lean and 5S initiatives and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and organization.
- Grow into increased leadership responsibilities over time, including mentoring operators and helping guide daily priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Interest in stepping into a leadership role and growing with the company
- Basic understanding of lean principles or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for tracking and basic reporting
- Strong Mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how processes work and how they can be improved
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
PART-TIME FACILITIES & PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Location: Hardyston, NJ
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible; weekdays preferred
Compensation: minimum wage
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help support day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while also assisting the production team with light packing and support tasks as needed.
This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our facility running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness across offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
• Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report maintenance or facility issues
• Support the production team with light packing, organizing materials, and general shop support as needed
Qualifications
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace
PACKING DEPARTMENT
Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem | $15.92 per hour (minimum wage)
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Packing Department at our facility, conveniently located between Rt. 23 and Rt. 94 in Hardyston-Hamburg. If you’re ready to grow with a company that values your contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
