Web-Cote is a narrow web custom hot melt coater of flexible and semi rigid substrates. The firm was founded in 1986 to design and manufacture products not commonly available in the market. We can offer a full turn key program from the customer’s purchase order to the finished product on the retail shelf.

In addition to custom production, we collaborate with customer supplied materials for toll coating, printing and full packaging. We have adhesive formulations and processing equipment that is unique to meet our customers’ requirements and needs.

Web-Cote makes producing your product easier than any other web coater.

  • We have an in-house printing plant that can take your artwork from the electronic art work stage, all the way through to printed packaging. All you need to do is send us your art work through e-mail! No need to even ship it!
  • We have special machines that can coat widths as narrow as string: .04” up to 14.5”.
  • However, our application of adhesives can go from .78 mils to as deep as 50 mils.
  • We can work with all kinds of substrates; release liners, film, wood, plastics, cloth, paper and paperboard…up to 25 point.
  • We can handle 4 color in line printing on the substrate!

The Hook and Loop market leader produces several different types of peel and press adhesive backed strips. At Web-Cote, we coat several different adhesive systems on hook and loop material. Our Hook and Loop materials are tough and take the abuse of Indy 500 race cars and Off Shore speed boats.

remove body hair

A United States spa operator wants a depilatory on exotic fabric material. A label company in Atlanta referred this company to Web-Cote. Using our lab, we found a way to coat the material with our exclusive time-tested depilatory adhesive formula.
